Shipping policy

Shipments are usually sent Monday through Friday to allow the best opportunity for a delivery within the week.

If you are receiving a local delivery, we usually will deliver plants same-day or next-day depending on our schedule (we try to deliver after 5PM to ensure the plants can be received and that temperatures/sun are less intense for the plants). If a delivery request is provided we will try our best to assist, but may not always be able to.

If you are experiencing temperatures under 55° F within the next 5-7 days of your order, we require a heat pack be added to your order to provide an alive arrival guarantee. This rule excludes Dionaea Muscipula and Sarracenia (unless you are at or below 10° F within 5-7 days of your order) as they need and are exposed to winter dormancies naturally here.

If there is an issue with the item, you must contact orders@mikescarnivores.com within 48-hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue so we can assist.

Please take the time to follow care instructions and take diligence when unpacking items as they are usually packed to prevent any damage to the plants.
