I can't see enough good things about there about their services and shopping from them. Mother's Day, I was going to Georgia to see my grandchildren and I was going to be there in 3 days. They were able to pack up some of the most beautiful plants get them to the kids down there on Friday which was the night that I came in which was only a 2 Transit window. When they got there that Friday night when I was there. Everybody had a wonderful time. All of us were opening them looking at them setting them in places outside setting them in their rooms. They just had the best time with them so they are so helpful in everything that they do. I I haven't ordered from people like them that were that helpful in many a year.
@mikescarnivores -- what can I say. One of the best examples of product, service and advise I have in this hobby. Had a issue once, with shipping, he stepped right up. I think I have used him 15 times. Wonderful business.
I received the plants. They are so well packaged. Maria and Mike could not be any better sellers on the internet. I have purchased at least $20 to $25 plants from them for my grandchildren for myself. I now have neighbors wanting to get some of them. They are just beautiful. It's a perfect kit for the little bit of fertilizer I need not necessarily for my carnivores but I gotten it for a couple of my other smaller plants too.
First and foremost, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OFF THE CHAIN. Every question that I had (and there were many of them) Mike made sure to answer them. I’m truly thankful for his kindness and patience with this newbie. My little babies closed their traps as soon as I took them out. This is the first part of carnivore island landscape (I’ll show more pics later). I love them so much that I named them. lol The first are named Dutchess of Cháteau Reyn and Lady Countess Château. I know… I know… a little bourgeois but that’s me!
My new baby was delivered with much precision and TLC. Included were care tips and what to do if my delivery was less than desirable. All one can ask for is a safe delivery of a viable plant. The rest is up to me! Thank you for the note and tips on how to care him.
