The name maroon monster would be putting it lightly. Mike has exceptional customer service skills and has taken all my questions and concerns to thought and replied on my emails without ever throwing off any vibes that I was bothering him. I just got into carnivorous plants as an indoor hobby for my new apartment, I have ordered from a few different sources and this is my favorite.
