If the temperatures for the next 3-7 days in your area are below 55F, we require a heat pack to be added to your order. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee safe arrival.

We recommend one heat pack for up-to four plants. If you order more than four plants, we recommend adding additional packs to ensure the temperature is consistent and sufficient.
