Currently available is a rooted basal from one of my personal plants that has become incredibly well-established over the last 4-6 months in this hanging basket. This plant originates from Carnivero of Austin, TX and has been one of my absolute favorite plants to own in my personal collection.
During Tropical Storm/Hurricane Debby, it caused many of the palmetto bugs to leave their usual habitat and to seek shelter. In my parent plant, I saw 2 large palmetto bugs (last 2 photos) that succumb to one of the pitchers. Another pitcher next to it had also caught a single palmetto bug, and ever since I have named this hybrid 'The Roach Slayer' in my collection for its very clear appetite.
While the pitchers on this established basal plant are not yet at the same size of the parent plant, they are quickly approaching a similar size in pitchers.
This plant comes shipped in its 8" hanging basket with a plastic hanger. This is potted in a 1:1:1 mix of Sphagnum moss, Coco Coir, and Large Perlite. Description from Carnivero for this hybrid they produced:
"A stunning hybrid from Carnivero's breeding stable. Song of Melancholy was of one Leilani Nepenthes's signature crosses and is believed to be Nepenthes boschiana x (spectabilis x veitchii). The male parent is our a gigantic and colorful Nepenthes sibuyanensis x truncata bred by Exotica Plants. We expect the pitchers to be huge, flared and amazingly colorful as they mature. This cross should grown best under lowland and intermediate conditions."

Care Instructions
Light
Part sun or shaded sun (pool screens are great). Avoid afternoon sunlight to prevent sunburn. Can also sit on a sunny windowsill inside.
Water
- Water as planting material starts to dry out on top. Nepenthes should be kept moist, but not wet.
- Only use distilled, rain, or reverse osmosis water. Do not use purified water. Any water with > 50 PPM TDS will kill your plant over time. Filtered water is often not filtered enough for these plants.
Temperature
Our plants are generally lowland or intermediate. We recommend a 5-10F drop in temperatures minimum nightly. Plants should not be left outside in temperatures under 55F. Humidity should be 50%+.
Fertilizer
Fertilize in the evening every two weeks with a ¼ teaspoon of MaxSea 16-16-16 mixed with 1-gallon of water. Spray the leaves. You can also put Osmocote pellets (14-14-14) inside of a pitcher after it opens to provide food if kept indoors. If outdoors, they will get food naturally, though spraying with fertilizer will often help.
